General
Company selling the products is Online HPLC Oy (FI25329232). We sell products for adults and companies to Finland and to region of EU. Prices do not contain VAT. We keep the right to change prices as well the delivery costs.
Ordering
All orders are confirmed with email, where the prices of the products are given. Orderer accepts the terms of sales on every individual sales.
Confirmation of the order
We send an email where the orderer can see:
- Bank reference
- Bank account
- Overall prices
Prepayment
We deliver the products when we see the transfer on our account. Payments should be done using our account FI12 1400 3000 1185 94 Online HPLC Oy.
We handle the orders when the payment is done.
Delivery time
Delivery time is 2 – 3 weeks. We keep the right to change this time.
Returning the goods and the conditions
Customer has the right to return the products within 14 days from delivery. Returning right concerns only non used and resellable products in their original packages.
Add the following information with the returned products:
- Client number, Your name, address and phone number
- Bank account
- Copy of the order confirmation

We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery.When the returned products are accepted, we will return the bank transfer.
Problems with the delivery
If a product is missing during the delivery, damaged or wrong product has been delivered to customer. Customer should notify us immediately to our email.
Notification about the problems should be done within 14 days from the delivery. If the product is damaged during the delivery, a reclamation should be done immediately to the deliverer.
Other
We keep the right to change the terms of the order. Customer should read the terms before every order.
